If you opt for Direct Deposit, please note that funds generally take about 2 business days to reflect in our accounts, varying by financial institution and weekends. Your items will be shipped once the payment has cleared into our account, and you will be notified accordingly. Dispatch is contingent on all ordered items being available. Should we be unable to fulfill any part of your order, we will get in touch with you to inform you.

Online orders for delivery within Australia are generally sent using Australia Post and typically arrive within 3-5 business days following dispatch. We can deliver anywhere in Australia, whether it's your home, business address, or, if it's a gift, to the recipient's address within Australia. A single delivery address is required for each order. It's advisable to select a delivery address where someone will likely be present during business hours. Express shipping options can be organized upon request.
