REFUNDS
We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods, within 30 days from the delivery date.
As service is a priority to us at The Horse Depot, we will accept returns in certain circumstances. However, you will be responsible for the freight to return any item to us. Items must be returned in clean, original, unworn condition with all tags. We are able to offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. Sale items or special orders are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by our team.
Sale/Markdown items:
The Horse Depot agrees to offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by our team.
Final sale items:
The Horse Depot does not accept any returns (inclusive of refunds, credit notes or exchange) for final sale items unless deemed faulty by our team. These items have been marked down to clear. This includes already reduced items purchased with a further discount or items marked as final sale.

EXCHANGES
We ask that you choose carefully. Exchanges for different sizes will be considered, however not all colours and/or sizes may be available and any postage costs will be at your expense. In addition, The Horse Depot reserves the right to charge a handling fee.
We will only accept returns for exchange when the goods are in unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
We do not accept goods returned on a COD basis – these will be returned to you.
We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
If you need to return goods, please contact our team for a Return Authorisation Number by emailing thehorsedepot01@outlook.com or phoning 0420 903 789. A Return Authorisation Number will be provided via email with instructions on how to return your goods to us. Please note: this needs to be done within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We do not accept change of mind returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please remember that items that match the image and description advertised cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective. We do not accept change of mind returns.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The Horse Depot will exchange, refund or replace any item which has been purchased at full price, which has later been determined to be defective by way of manufacturer.
Any goods purchased at a reduced price and found defective, will not be returned, exchanged or replaced provided the defect was disclosed at the time of purchase.
Any goods purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.
In all cases, the regulations of Office of Fair Trading, Victorian Government will be adhered to.
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

Duties & Taxes
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, The Horse Depot cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates supplied by The Horse Depot are a best estimate only and the Horse Depot will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
Please note that all international returns for change of mind will be made at the customer’s expense.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number from one of our shipping partners.
Follow the directions on your confirmation email or notification to track your package.
